Content Guidelines
All audio content broadcast on the Amply platform must comply with the following guidelines and the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC) standards.
✅ What's allowed
Brand jingles, product and service advertising, artist promotion, event announcements
Voice-over spots, storytelling ads, testimonials, call-to-action messages
Content in any Nigerian language (English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin, etc.)
Comparative advertising, provided claims are factual and verifiable
🚫 What's strictly prohibited
Any sexually explicit, pornographic or suggestive content of a sexual nature
Violent, threatening or incitement-to-violence content
Content that defames, insults or attacks a named individual or organisation
Impersonation of public figures, government officials or other brands without written consent
Promotion of illegal substances, unlicensed drugs or unregulated financial products
Political campaigning content not pre-approved by the NBC
Content exceeding permitted decibel levels or using misleading audio effects
NBC Compliance: All content is subject to review against the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission Code. Amply reserves the right to reject or suspend any campaign that violates these standards, without refund.
