Payment: 50% of the total amount is due upon signing this proposal. The remaining 50% is due no later than 48 hours before the campaign launch date.

Ad Creative: The client is responsible for delivering the final audio file (MP3 or WAV, 128 kbps minimum) at least 5 business days before the campaign start date. Amply reserves the right to reject creative that does not meet technical or content standards.

Campaign Changes: Modifications to time belts, frequency, or duration are accepted up to 48 hours before the campaign start date. Changes requested after launch are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Cancellation: Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) if cancelled 5 or more business days before the campaign start date. No refund for cancellations made less than 5 business days before the scheduled launch.

Proposal Validity: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Rates and slot availability are subject to change after the expiration date.

Content Standards: All audio content must comply with applicable advertising standards and Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC) guidelines. Amply reserves the right to suspend campaigns that violate these standards without refund.
